The Power of the Mastermind
How would your life be different if you had up to ten times your brain power available?
Each Mastermind Group consists of 6 to 10 members meeting fortnightly for two hours.
In the classic book “Think and Grow Rich” Napoleon Hill introduced the concept of a Mastermind group and called it: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”
We facilitate Mastermind Groups from diverse backgrounds with the aim of bringing together people with similar interest in order to create a synergy of purpose, commitment, and enthusiasm.
The benefits of attending a specific Mastermind group are many as each member will gain an instant and supportive network of friends as well as new insights and skills which can improve both business and personal life.
To join a Mastermind Group requires a commitment to self and the group. Therefore, each participant prior to joining the group is asked to adhere to specific group guidelines and rules and to make a commitment to attend at least six sessions. Once the group has commenced, a new member can only join with the agreement of all the members of the group.
The Mastermind Group unites each participant, as each one helps the other to raise the bar by challenging to create and implement empowering goals.
Also, in an atmosphere of mutual respect and accountability, new and creative ideas are constantly brainstormed.
The group is there to support each other’s growth, both in business and personal life, depending on the nature of the group.
In this way, each participant acts as a catalyst for the growth and development of the others.
In addition to the group synergy, we offer our expertise as professional coaches and trainers and personally facilitate each group so that it derives the maximum benefits.
It is a requirement for mastermind groups to be conducted by experienced facilitators as they need to be professionally guided.
