Goods will be replaced only if they have manufacturing defects; Please e-mail us for return details.
Gift Certificates can be redeemed for their face value by whoever presents the certificate. Once the certificate is redeemed, it will no longer be valid.

PUBLIC LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS

Due to fixed costs for Workshop venues that are passed on to us, we must adhere to the following refund policy:
In the event of cancellation 14 days or more before the workshop, your deposit or course fee will be transferred to a future event or refunded in full.
In the case of cancellation, less than 14 days before the workshop your deposit or course fee will be transferred to a future event.
If we reschedule the event, you will be notified, and your deposit or course fee will be moved to a future event or a full refund given.
